Went to Volkswagen Drummondville to look at a 2016 Honda HR-V EX-L AWD. It was our first time purchasing from a dealership. They took good care of us, very courteous staff and open to negotiation. Ricky was our sales associate who helped us with the details of the vehicle and Tristan our finance associate that took care of our financing. Very pleased with the service and the vehicle they sold us was in great condition. Would recommend.

It was a great experience dealing with Shawn T. It was our first time buying car out of province. All dealings were over the phone and pictures through texting. Shawn was very professional. The car condition was exactly what Shawn described over the phone. Tristan was very efficient getting paper work done so we were able to fly down, picked up the car and drove back to home in no time (Driving back was 11 hours). The only request would be….would have been nice if there was English version that we signed. Or we should learn how to read French. Haha.
I recently purchased a used vehicle out of province from this dealership, however a week after owning the car, I found myself in a tricky situation, and on the last valid day of the Quebec temporary transit permit; on a Friday afternoon no less. When I went to plate the car in Ontario, I discovered I was missing key documents required for registration. Somehow, I left the dealer without everything. To make matters worse, I’m 3 hours away, and I couldn’t even extend it via an Ontario temporary permit without these documents, meaning the car was going off the road indefinitely.
In a panic, I made a frantic phone call back to the dealer and was fortunate enough to speak with Max Dube. Without diving into all the details, Max went above and beyond to save the day. He quickly got everything I needed, ensured I had the documents before the office closed, and made himself available throughout the entire process to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s worth mentioning this is a week after the sale as well. Thanks to his exceptional effort and willingness to go the extra mile, what could have been a week-long nightmare was resolved within hours, and I was plated and on my way with only minutes to spare.
